    Our Professionals

    Sherry Chambliss, MS, LPC. Established Kids First in 1994 and she serves as its administrator. Ms. Chambliss is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a consultant, a custody evaluator, an instructor, a national speaker, and an author. Over her extensive years of experience as a marriage counselor and play therapist, she has used her creative clinical skills to develop Put Your Kids First.

    Mardi has been a mediator for the past 8 years in Canada and the United States . Mardi is currently a Parent Coordinator in Texas , with training that exceeds the requirements of the Family Code. She has completed a Certificate in Conflict Resolution through AAMS, which consists of 210 hours of training. In addition to this Mardi has completed the required 40 hours of basic mediation training and the 24 hours of Family and Divorce mediation training required by the Texas Mediator's Roundtable, and has been credentialed as at the Distinguished Mediator level.
